10 Awesome apps for Moms that you’ll love!
Cozi
Cozi is one of the ultimate planner apps for moms. You can organize your family’s calendar, your to-do list, your grocery list, and set up reminders for all those things you tend to forget. Each family member can have their own calendar and you can even set it up to send reminders to your husband too!
iHandy Level
Never hang a crooked picture again! Levels aren’t just for men you know. We ladies can appreciate a straight line when we see one. This app will also tell you angles and lots of other stuff I still don’t understand. Would be a neat thing to use if you are teaching your kids about degrees and angles.
Kids Meal Deals
Want to enjoy a family dinner out without breaking the bank? This is the app for you! It will tell you what nearby restaurants have kids eat free deals. It lists the details of each deal so you can make the best choice for your family.
Last Pass
You are busy remembering a million things and yet the world still expects you to remember each and every unique password to every online account you have! No more! Try out the elephant of apps – it never forgets. Last Pass will store all of your passwords in a safe and secure way and you only need to remember ONE password to access it. I have absolutely loved this app. You can even group passwords for personal or work reference. It does so much more!
Mint
This is the go-to app for mobile financial management. You can see your current transactions, track your spending, tweak your budget and so much more. A must have for the money conscious mom.
Mom Maps
This is one of my favorite apps for moms! Mom Maps will tell you where the closest parks, playgrounds, restaurants and other kid-friendly spots are. You can even search for indoor playgrounds or museums. Then just tap and get directions and details right at your fingertips! This will come in handy for those summer roads trip.
Odyssey Adventure Club
Adventures in Odyssey is a family friendly, Christ centered audio series that follows some imaginative kids at the ice-cream emporium named Whit’s End (with a secret machine hidden in the back). Through this app you can listen to hundreds of past episodes plus app exclusive ones that can’t be heard anywhere else. Good clean fun for the whole family. Produced by Focus on the Family
Plugged In
This is another great app made by Focus on the Family. Plugged In has detailed reviews on movies, games, DVD’s, music and TV. I’ve used this so many times to make decisions about what movies are appropriate for my kids. I really like how the reviews tell you upfront about any possible language, nudity, or violence that a film contains. A must-have app for the informed mom.
Remember Me
Remember Me is a great scripture memory tool. Just pick the verses you would like to memorize, customized to the version of the Bible that you prefer, and begin working your way through their many games to help you plant God’s word in your brain and in your heart. You can test yourself when you feel ready and even go over past verses to keep them fresh in your mind.
You Version Bible
This is THE Bible app. I have yet to find another one that does as much as this one. You can highlight, take notes, quickly switch version, follow reading plans and even access their own set of devotionals by popular pastors and writers. With this app on your phone you will never be without a bible!
