Exciting news! Are You a Disciple? my new 8-week Bible study for women will be ready on August 3! Are You a Disciple? will help you and your group discover how to become disciples of Jesus Christ. Where will this study take place? Are you a Disciple?

  Roz,thanks so much for your question. The study will be used by individuals, women’s Bible study groups, small groups, and churches all across the country, BUT I won’t know who or where they are until August when they begin placing orders for the study through Priority’s online store.
  
  I actually taught the study at my church (Sagemont Church, Houston) last fall as a pilot which means the women in that study were the very first ones to do it. They not only did the Bible study homework, they provided me with weekly feedback and constructive criticism regarding the homework and my weekly teaching sessions. This allowed me to improve the study greatly for future individuals (like you) and groups (you may even pray about organizing one, Roz) who will use it. Hope this helps. Love to you, my sister!

I shared this on my facebook page. Laurie,I have done all of your bible studies and was challenged and encouraged by each one. Looking forward to this new one. I’ve been a believer for many years but I feel there is so much more to living for Christ than what I’ve been doing.

Your heart to know and grow more in your walk with Jesus is a beautiful thing, and it reminds me of what Paul wrote in Philippians 3:8-14. Laurie,

Hi, I have wanted to share thoughts with you on many occasions, but feel unworthy, in so many ways, to do so. I would like to tell you how much I have appreciated your positive and constantly upward looking attitude added to your great energy level on every occasion that I have seen you.
I do believe that God is working wonderfully in your life of Worship and Witness and that you have been continuously striving toward His Goals for your life. I have been around long enough to have taken note of many of the “Bible Study Gurus”, the “Female Evangelist types” to see who is and isn’t seeking God’s Truths for the women of this world and/or who believe that they are to be Leaders of all, rather than for whom they have been called to lead. I could be very wrong, but my belief is that you remain faithful to the Word and seek to portray His truths to women everywhere to grow us in Him. I have so enjoyed seeing, meeting, and from a distance getting to know who you are. You are a Blessing in so many ways and to so many. I am thanking God for you and your Ministries. I am praying for you and your staff and this new study. I will be purchasing the study as soon as it is available.
I am also having some struggles with who and where I am in His Will and I do believe that this will assist me in seeking some of those answers.
