Describe your event*
Please include the date and location of the event, how many sessions you want Laurie to teach, and any other relevant information.

Begin by contacting Laurie using the contact form. After you’ve submitted the form, Laurie will email you (within a week or so) to visit with you about the details regarding your event, the date, speaking fees, travel arrangements, etc.

Once you’ve agreed upon the details, you’ll receive Laurie’s speaking contract by email. Print it, fill in a few details, sign it, and return it by mail along with the deposit (half of the speaking fee). Until the contract and deposit are received, your requested date will be pending and held unless someone else requests the same date.

Once the signed contract and deposit are received, your event date will be locked in. The balance of fees and expenses are due and payable to Priority Ministries on the day of the event. If you need an invoice, please let us know in advance. A separate invoice may be added for last-minute expenses such as baggage fees, etc.

Expenses

Car travel: mileage is charged at $0.58 per mile.

Air Travel: Flight departures are scheduled out of Houston, TX.

Laurie will book her flights which will be invoiced to the host church or sponsor.

The host church will arrange ground transportation, hotel accommodations and meals.
